Pão de queijo

Everytime I make some pão de queijo aka cheese balls or bread people want the recipe and it's so simple and easy to make the only problem I see is if you can't get some tapioca starch.  I usually get it from an Asian market we have.

3 eggs
1 cup of warm milk
1/2 cup oil
2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
1-2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 bag of tapioca starch

In a mixer beat eggs, add milk and oil mix for a few seconds.  Then add everything expect tapioca starch.  After a few seconds add one full bag of the tapioca starch mix them continue to add until you have similar consistency as playdoh.
Make small balls and place them on a plate/tray. Freeze them. After balls are frozen remove from tray and place in freezer bag. Once you are ready to eat them place them in the oven 350• until slightly brown.  I make mine in the toaster oven 350• bake them for 20 minutes.
This recipe will make app. 50 balls.

I haven't yet met someone that doesn't like them!!
Let me know if any of your guys try to make it =)
