Healthier breakfasts


Besides the Paleo banana pancakes I've found some easy healthy recipes that I can make and have enough for the week. We started doing this and Johnny lost 10 lbs ... Me I think I lost 2lbs :(
zucchini oatmeal muffins I used half wheat flour on the recipe. I did the same for the greek yogurt pancakes.

 
The muffins were simple and really good.!
 
 
 
GREEK YOGURT PANCAKES...

 
Mix one egg per one Greek yogurt 


The mix in all dry ingredients 


Mix wet to dry.. It looks very thick and doughy



I love the chunks of fruit from the greek yogurt and this one is Tyler approved.!
